  • I'm planning to build or remodel, besides touring homes, what else should I consider?

    You should make sure your builder is a member of the Lawrence Home Builders Association as their members have agreed to a Code of Ethics to which they are held accountable. Further, you should make sure you are using a licensed contractor to ensure they have proper general liability insurance and have completed the required continuing education. lhba.net/directory

  • How does a home become a "Parade" home?

    Builder members of the Lawrence Home Builders Association determine which of their homes they wish to enter for this community event based on availability, stage of completion, and particulars of a home they want to display.

  • How do I obtain a copy of a floor plan/elevation to use for building or remodeling?

    If you would like more information about a particular home, you should contact either the builder or realtor associated with that particular home.

  • Where are the Parade homes located?
